If your item does not perform for up to 300 washings, we will replace your item for free. If your item has a manufacturer defect in the first 30 days, we will replace your item for free.
If you need to return an item, it should be returned within the first 60 days. Please contact us before doing so to let us know the reason for return. Receipts are required, and you must include a note stating the reason for return. Returns will be credited merchandise and tax costs. Any shipping costs cannot be credited. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
