Our boys’ very favorite salad dressing is my French Salad Dressing but mama needed a change. Since my favorite restaurant dressing happens to be Balsamic Vinaigrette, I figured it was worth trying. And thankfully I did because this recipe is a keeper!
This is delicious on about any savory salad. Try a variety of greens, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, boiled eggs, nuts, seeds, etc. with this one.
Dairy-Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar
Whisk and shake ingredients together in an airtight jar with lid. Store in refrigerator.
