This is one of my favorite salads served at our local tea shop, and I had to recreate it at home. Cooked chicken, apples, and walnuts, but the dressing puts it over the top. I love using this dressing with berry salads, as well.
Leave out the nuts if you have allergies, of course.
Maple Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dairy-free milk
2-3 tablespoons real maple syrup
2 tablespoons vinegar
Whisk ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
