Peanut Butter Banana Roll-Up Kid Lunch Dairy-Free

Welcome to our blog series, Milk-Free Kid Lunches!

We created these posts based on reader questions about what to make for allergy-friendly lunch.

And we understand…the lunch rut is real!

But we can help.

Most of our lunches are made at home,

hence the fun lunch trays.

But many of these lunches can be packed for school, too!

These are foods that my boys just don’t tire of,

despite my youngest being uber-picky.

Below are some helpful tips and what’s on today’s dairy-free lunch tray.

Hope you’re inspired!

If you can’t do peanut butter, try your favorite safe seed or nut butter.

Sneak in greens with a smoothie kids can’t resist.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information.

I just found your blog and started looking through recipes and other posts. It has been a huge help for me. My daughter who is 13 months old was diagnosed with a milk allergy at 5 months and now that we're getting into all solid foods I was having a difficult time finding variety for her. Your blog has helped me get ideas for different things I can make her along with other products in the stores that would be safe for her, I love it!
