Apple Cinnamon Cookies

Apple Cinnamon Cookies Dairy & Egg Free

One of our most popular cookie recipes…

milk-free and egg-free apple cookies!

I created this recipe when my kids were toddlers as it was the perfect little toddler treat.

Soft, tasty finger food.

And these are a nice change from the typical chocolate chip cookie.

Apple cookies are especially fun to whip up in the fall when apples are in abundance.

Hope you get to try them soon!

Here’s the recipe.

Apple Cinnamon Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

APPLE CINNAMON COOKIE INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup dairy-free butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup apple juice
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup yellow raisins

HOW TO MAKE APPLE CINNAMON COOKIES

Cream butter and brown sugar in mixer.

Add apple juice.

Stir flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Add flour mixture to the mixer and combine all ingredients together.

Fold in apples and raisins.

Bake 8-10 minutes on 375 degrees, until slightly browned and spring back to the touch.

I ran accross your blog trying to google milk-free, egg-free cake recipes for my daughter's 1st bday cake. She is very milk and egg allergic, and I am very peanut allergic and am still nursing- so avoiding all three. Yay- so happy to find your blog and gets some tips from a mommy who knows!
