Making quick dairy-free pizzas on tortillas has been a hit at our house for years. But now we are taking it to all new levels, ya’ll. How about a dairy-free chicken, bacon, RANCH tortilla pizza?
We simply use tortillas for crust, dairy-free ranch dressing for sauce, and top with cooked chicken, bacon, diced tomatoes, and dairy-free mozzarella shreds.
For safe dairy-free cheese, both Daiya and Go Veggie Vegan make safe shreds for us.
Bake in the oven on 375 until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown on a stone baking sheet (affiliate). We actually own two so we can bake several tortilla pizzas at the same time. You can also try this pizza on dairy-free bagels, too.
