The other night we were in a quick hurry to get to basketball.
I knew we were using leftover roasted chicken for dinner.
But I hadn’t planned further than that.
With a quick survey of what was in the fridge,
I decided a quick cobb salad would be fun to try!
The boys loved hearing that restaurants serve cobb salad just like this.
Greens, cooked chicken, avocado, corn, tomatoes.
Boiled egg would be good, too, if you can have egg.
The balsamic vinaigrette dressing we already had on hand worked perfectly with this salad.
