Looks like green shakes are back and it’s time to make our own dairy-free shamrock shakes at home!
You guys, this is the ONLY way I can get my kids to eat avocado.
So realistically, we should eat these year-round. HA!
Moms like the healthfulness of avocado and banana.
Kids like the sweetness of chocolate syrup.
And well, everyone will love the minty taste and pretty green color!
Our Shamrock Shake turned out so yummy and refreshing.
Once we have one, we make them several days in a row.
It’s a nice break from our tried-and-true Butterfinger Smoothies.
Here’s the recipe below.
Dairy-Free Shamrock Shake
1 cup dairy-free milk
2 cups ice
1/2 – 1 teaspoon peppermint extract (affiliate)
chocolate syrup to taste
Blend ingredients except chocolate syrup in a high power blender until smooth.
Start with less mint and add more to your preferred taste.
Pour your shamrock shake into a cup, alternating with chocolate syrup layers.
