No espresso machine? No problem.

Make your own special coffees at home by simply using cold brew coffee.

And when you make drinks at home, you can use your favorite dairy-free milk and make them low calorie!

See the simple recipes for my five favorite homemade cold brew coffee drinks below.

Americano, latte, mocha, peppermint mocha, and vanilla sweet cream cold brew.

4 coffee drinks using cold brew

I enjoy coffee espresso drinks as much as the next girl,

but it’s very hard for me to pay coffee shop prices.

Mostly, I purchase Starbucks when I have free money from Ibotta.

Making my own coffee concentrate at home in bulk, also known as cold brew coffee,

is what gets me through the other days.

A bulk batch makes about five small espresso drinks and lasts me a week.

Major mom win!

Then you can use your cold brew to make these SIMPLE espresso drink recipes below.

Iced coffees are my favorite, all year round. Cheers!

holding iced americano

4 oz. filtered water
4 oz. cold brew coffee
creamer (optional)
sugar (optional)

The Americano is 0 calorie if you leave out cream and sugar.

I do a splash of unsweetened coconut milk and skip the sugar for a very low calorie, low carb drink.

Here’s my favorite dairy-free creamer for when I’m in the mood.

pouring milk in iced coffee

4 oz. milk or dairy-free milk
4 oz. cold brew coffee

The latte is also very low calorie.

Unsweetened almond milk will only make it 15 calories.

Sweetened almond milk will make it 30 calories.

Vanilla almond milk makes it 40 calories.

glass of homemade mocha

4 oz. milk or dairy-free milk
4 oz. cold brew coffee
1-2 Tbs. chocolate syrup
splash of peppermint syrup (optional)

The mocha latte can also be made using 4 oz. chocolate milk instead of regular milk.

Skip the chocolate syrup if using chocolate milk.

Add a splash of peppermint extract to make it a peppermint mocha.

As low as 55 calories using unsweetened almond milk with 1 tablespoon of Hershey syrup.

glass of sweet cream cold brew homemade

4 oz. milk
4 oz. cold brew coffee
4 tablespoons whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (optional)

This is a super cheater way to make my favorite drink at Starbucks.

For the foam, I use dairy-free canned coconut whipped cream from Aldi.

Without the vanilla syrup, this drink is just 40 calories. And it’s good!

Or include the vanilla syrup for 55 total calories.

This is a delicious, low calorie treat either way.

Is it a perfect Starbucks match? No. But does it cost way less and fit the bill? You bet!

Iced: Just add a handful of ice cubes.

Blended:  Add a handful of ice cubes and then blend in blender.

Hot:  Leave out ice cubes and heat over stove on low heat or in microwave.
