We made Oreo Brownies!
Serve these to your kids,
and they will think you’re the best mom on the planet.
Serve these to guests,
and they will have no idea this extreme treat is milk and egg free.
I once took these to a church potluck,
and they were the first dessert to disappear of the picnic table.
I remember getting rave reviews from my pastor, lol.

1. Whip up our brownie batter
2. Add 5 crumbled Oreos (1/2 cup) to the mix before baking. (optional)
3. Once your brownies are baked, let them cool.
4. Frost the brownies with dairy-free and egg-free icing or use the recipe below.
5. Top the iced brownies with 5 more crumbled Oreos. (1/2 cup)
6. Serve and enjoy!

DAIRY-FREE & EGG-FREE VANILLA ICING
1/4 cup chilled dairy-free margarine
1/4 cup chilled shortening or solid coconut oil
1-3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix chilled margarine and chilled shortening with a mixer, in a chilled bowl.
Slowly add powdered sugar.
Put in refrigerator to chill before icing brownies, if necessary.
