Ever wish you could pull a quick food from the freezer, nuke it, and be done with lunch?
It’s not usually that easy with food allergies, I know.
So many convenient, frozen foods from the store just aren’t safe for our food allergies.
That’s why I was super inspired to follow along with a Lunchbox Freezer Cooking Series with Money Saving Mom.
This time we tackled frozen burritos, and I considered it a huge food allergy win for us.
My kids can eat frozen burritos just like dad now!
Or shall I say, cool “refried beans”.
Because seriously, you just use refried beans in these burritos.
That’s right, refried beans right from a can.
So easy but so filling for our kids.
We love to eat bean burritos with a side of corn and salsa.
And we can get most of these ingredients at Aldi!

Here’s how we make frozen bean burritos at our house.
