Dairy-free convenience foods can sometimes be hard to find.
But this is one our milk allergy family has enjoyed for years.
It’s true, I make most of our soups homemade.
However, this canned soup is great in a pinch on a busy winter night.
And my kids love it, which is a bonus. See details below.
Meals in a pinch can be hard with food allergies.
So I wanted to share one of our favorite convenient foods.
My boys have loved this one for years and years and years.
PLEASE NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information.
Truth be told, I love me some homemade soup.
We have it down pat at our house, making homemade broth and so many hearty soups from scratch.
But there’s one convenient canned soup my kiddos don’t want to give up, Campbell’s Tomato Soup.
Below, I’ll share the ingredients on our can. There are two photos to capture all the ingredients listed on the can.
But always double check labels for yourself as ingredients can change.
And we don’t call companies, so do that if your allergist requires it.
Hope this is helpful.
