Yes all happy baby puffs are free from dairy/soy/nuts if it's the newer label ones. Check out their website for more info I but them from Amazon by the case. Be careful with other puffs my daughter has had reactions!

Happy Baby brand puffs were safe for my dairy/soy/nut allergic daughter. Plain Cheerios too.

Gail, most rice cereals do contain cows milk. My son used to break out in hives whenever I tried a cereal. Finally the only milk free one I found is by a brand called Hipp Organic. But be still check ingredients as only one of their products are milk free and haven't had issues with cross contamination.

We were able to do Gerber puffs but only a few flavors - sweet potato and banana were my son's favorite. He's allergic to milk, egg, and peanuts.

I've always heard bad things about Gerber. We've always stuck to Happy Baby pouches with single ingredients. You can check out their puffs, I'm not sure bc we are dairy, egg and nut allergic. They have a helpful allergen chart om their site.
