No Bake Cookies are awesome for so many reasons.

One, they don’t require expensive dairy-free chocolate, just cocoa powder.

Two, they are quick, easy and affordable to make in large batches.

Three, guests who aren’t even allergy-free like them.

And four, these don’t require baking or heating up your house.

They are the perfect, easy treat.

And heck, even the kids can help!

It’s so fun to watch the cookies “magically bake” on the counter.

These cookies are one of the first things I made when my youngest outgrew his oat allergy,

I was thrilled to finally share this childhood favorite with them!

And they were a hit.

And my oldest says this is his favorite cookie,

a decade later.

If we don’t take Oreos to potlucks, we take these.

That I'm not sure. I was thinking about trying half poweder stevia and half sugar. I've experimented a lot with honey and maple syrup but not in this recipe. It's unique how they set up without baking so I'm not sure. Let us know if you try!
