If you had told me a decade ago that I’d enjoy a delicious dairy-free dinner with ranch dressing and a butter-toasted bun, I would have called you crazy. Dinner was SO HARD back then.
But alas, awesome companies have since emerged who have made our milk allergy life better, easier, AND tastier. Who can really give up ranch?!
I wanted to share this yummy dinner not only for the toasted buns and ranch dressing, but also for the delicious potato wedge recipe.
The potato wedges are a simple ingredient recipe, but absolutely perfect! Jeff uses this Baked Potato Wedges recipe from Food Network and well…they are great dipped in dairy-free ranch. 😉
