Fellow allergy friend, do you feel like you are constantly reinventing the wheel when it comes to food allergy life?
Each holiday, you create a menu from scratch? Each doctor you visit, you start from square one? Each caregiver you train, you jot down quick notes and hope you don’t forget anything?
And God forbid, what if something happened to you and you weren’t able to care for your allergy child. Would those stepping in have all the medical information they need, food you cook, and resources you use?
Well, that’s what I was asking myself when I finally decided to create a place to park all my important allergy info in writing.
Once I created this resource, it would serve us for years to come and save me a ton of time and work.
Not to mention, the peace-of-mind it would give.
This is how the Milk Allergy Mom Allergy Binder was born.
And I think every food allergy family should have one! So let me tell you more about it.
Why A Food Allergy Binder?
It’s a helpful tool for being on the same page with your doctors, especially ER doctors.
It’s a simple resource to share with caregivers and schools.
It’s an awesome manual for training your children.
It fosters less stress and more confidence in your food allergy journey.
It’s been helpful to families in natural disasters.
I believe in preparing for the worst and expecting the best!
What is the Food Allergy Binder?
Our food allergy binder is not a product that you purchase from us.
Instead, it’s an assortment of documents I’ve created and curated as a 13-year anaphylactic food allergy mom, and I’m sharing them for you to use in your own allergy binder.
These are simple, practical lists and sheets that every food allergy mom will want.
What Sheets are Included?
Here’s a sample of the simple 1-2 page sheets that you can print from our allergy binder library.

How Can I Build My Own Binder?
I’m helping allergy families build their own customized binders inside our new private support group.
And you can build yours in the group, too!
There, we add to the binder most every month with some live video tutorials, a growing document library, and community discussion.
I also link families to binder supplies they can have conveniently shipped to their door. Easy and convenient, I give step-by-step help for creating your own customized food allergy binder, and take the busy work out for you.
You can do this, friend, even if you consider yourself the least creative or organized person on the planet. 😉
I’m here for you! Binders, organization, and lists are totally my thing, and I want you to have an allergy binder that will make your journey easier, too.
What is the Private Support Group?
While the allergy binder library is one feature inside our new subscription group, there’s so much more in this one-of-a-kind place!
In the private group, you also get:
- daily encouragement
- expert videos
- milk desensitizing updates
- allergy life talk
- food chatter
- self-care for moms
- helpful polls
- and so much more!
