You’re a busy, hard-working food allergy mom, and I know sometimes you need a quick easy boost.
That’s why I’m sharing with you one of my personal favorites, my cold brew coffee protein drink!
And since I know you are mindful of dairy in your home,
this is actually a milk-free version that you can safely enjoy around the kiddos.

COLD BREW PROTEIN COFFEE SHAKE
To make this drink, I first make sure there’s cold brew coffee on hand.
I then pour into my favorite glass, leaving room for ice, equal parts of cold brew coffee and dairy-free milk.
Coconut milk is my favorite, but any milk will do. Water even works!
I then fill the rest of the glass up with ice cubes, and transfer the ingredients from the glass to my blender (affiliate link).
Before blending, I add to the ingredients in the blender two tablespoons of cocoa powder or Hershey syrup AND a scoop of protein powder.
This protein powder (affiliate link) is my favorite.
Lastly, I blend the ingredients together until mixed well, and pour the drink back into my glass.
A little more ice can be added if needed.
This is the perfect way to enjoy protein drinks AND coffee at the same time.
