I am a 58 year old grandmother recently diagnosed with a milk allergy. Hardest thing I ever had to do is give it up. I also have hashimotos ,fibromyalgia & eosinophilic esophagitis. Just wondering if it all could be connected.

Hi there! I was wondering if you or your readers could tell me where to find medjool dates that are not made on shared equipment with products containing tree nuts? I’ve looked at amazon and google searched but haven’t come up with anything.
