Always check labels as ingredients can change.
Since I think Marshmallow Fluff can be one of those confusing “foods” for food allergy families,
I want to post it as a dairy-free find for you.
The confusing part is that it does contain egg.
So my family couldn’t have it for several years until both my boys outgrew egg allergies as toddlers.
Then by that point,
I was convinced it wasn’t something for us.
But eventually my hubby paved the way to peanut butter fluff sandwiches and the rest is history.
I don’t buy it.
But he does, and my kids love him the most, ha ha!
Just kidding, of course.
If you can have egg in marshmallow fluff,
this is also great for making indoor smores.
Here are the full ingredients on the Kraft brand for you,
but always check them for yourself as ingredients can change.

Thank u for sharing this. I have beef & pork allergies. I just assumed gelatin of some type was in it. I can add this back into to my world!!
