As a 14-year milk allergy family, we have certainly fine-tuned our favorite dairy-free grocery list.
And since we often get asked, here is what we buy regularly from Walmart!
PLEASE NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information.
Ok allergy friends,
you loved our list of dairy-free shelf stable snacks at Target…
and our favorite natural dairy-free staples at Aldi.
So that got me thinking,
let’s share our top dairy-free groceries at Walmart!
This list features cold foods we buy,
which I conveniently save in my “favorites” list at Walmart.com.
Or grab them in store, of course.
is part of my strategy for saving $300 a month on food for my family.
Over a year’s time,
that’s enough money for Disney!
I love that Walmart offers some of our top allergy-friendly foods in bulk…
since I don’t shop Sam’s or Costco.
And of course, prices are good.
Let’s take a look!
Be sure to always check labels for yourself. Ingredients can change!
Here we go!
Great for pig-in-the-pockets with hot dogs, dinner rolls, or chocolate croissants!
Our favorite hot dogs for a decade, in bulk!
One of our favorite breakfast staples or dinner BLT’s are great, too!
I absolutely love having a huge bag for quick breakfasts!
I’ve not seen these in bulk anywhere else.
A double package of our only lunch meat, BAM!
One of our favorite dinners!
As if bacon and sausage links weren’t enough, we need ground sausage, too!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! 😉
Organic and bulk!!!
Such a great value for smoothies, muffins, pancakes, and more!
My kiddo’s must-have. Silk Soy.
SWEET POTATO FRIES
Oh people, these are addicting!
Just like a restaurant.
GRASS FED BEEF
Organic meat is my favorite!
Cage-free brown eggs at a good price!
Love getting our go-to milk for cooking, baking, cereal and smoothies…
in gallon size!
Even in unsweetened vanilla.
Great for smoothies, but not mashed potatoes. 😉
Ask how I know, lol.
I love my coconut milk for homemade lattes and chia pudding.
Silk brand works for me.
And so does So Delicious.
My kids prefer their almond milk.
Or Ripple pea protein milk bought elsewhere.
FORTIFIED ORANGE JUICE
Our last favorite bulk item from Walmart…
Calcium and Vitamin D Orange Juice.
It’s the only juice we buy, and we get asked about it a lot.
We do love it for breakfast, smoothies, and a calcium/D option for dairy-free kids.
So there you have it!
These are our favorite dairy-free, COLD staples at Walmart right now.
Did you see something new to you?
Is there something you’d add?
