Admittedly, I’m not a huge pumpkin spice latte fan.
Not at the coffee drive thru, that is.
To me, they aren’t worth $5 when I can order a vanilla bean latte instead.
However, being able to make them at home on the cheap is definitely more worth it and fun.
Especially when it’s pumpkin season!
During the fall months, I inevitably have an open can of pumpkin sitting in my fridge…
leftover from some pumpkin baking experiment.
Then, there’s nothing more useful for a can of leftover pumpkin than…
pumpkin spice lattes!
It’s especially easy to dabble in fancy coffee recipes,
when I have DIY cold brew coffee concentrate on hand.
WHY MAKE HOMEMADE LATTES
You don’t need an espresso machine.
You save money.
You can make decaf.
You can save a lot of calories.
You don’t have to leave home.
WHAT MILK IN DAIRY-FREE LATTES
For my dairy-free pumpkin cold brew latte, I use coconut milk and coconut spray whip.
But if you prefer, you can use almond milk and almond spray whip.
Or perhaps you’re an oat, pea, flax, hemp, or soy milk kinda lady.
Just use your favorite dairy-free milk and dairy-free whipped cream.
