My kiddo with milk allergy never had a real life peanut butter cup.

Not because of peanut allergy…

because he outgrew peanut allergy as a toddler.

However, it’s his milk allergy that keeps him from enjoying a good old peanut butter cup.

But that’s ok!

We are so thankful that several alternative peanut butter cups are also milk-free!

Often, these are made with sunflower seed butter.

So good if you can have sunflower seeds.

And kiddo really likes that I can now find these locally in one certain brand.

Free2b is kinda hard to type. But it’s easy to say and even easier to eat!

Am I supposed to type it out like this? Free To Be? Dunno.

At any rate, these are delicious.

They come in mini and regular, dark and “milk” chocolate at our local health store.

Plus, you’re going to love that they are free of twelve common allergens.

And the facility is allergy-free dedicated. Boom!

Just what we like to hear.

If you have time to order online, you may also like these other sunflower butter cups.

Or consider making your own DIY sunflower butter cups at home!

They are actually quite easy.

Here are the ingredients on our bag of Free2b sunflower seed cups.

Of course, double-check labels for yourself. Ingredients can change.
