Well, I’ve stalled long enough.
This interview with my food allergy son and I was published two months ago.
And the write-up makes me cry.
So it’s taken me a bit to share.
Sorry!
It’s really hard to read back on our diagnosis, bad reactions, and our son’s one wish with food allergies.
But the article also makes me smile because it highlights one of the best times of our food allergy journey…
Disney where our son ate out for the first time in his life.
And loved every minute of it!
I’m in awe of his self-control, his maturity, and his good attitude about having to live so diligently with allergies.
But as we often remind him, God will turn this into something good.
And someday we will know why we have been put on this mission as a family.
That always helps us press onward.
