Vanilla Cupcake Bar Dairy-Free Egg-Free

Crafts are awesome.

Cupcakes are grand.

But when you couple those together...

now that's magical!

Or so say my kids.

Seriously, mom?

You're letting us loose with all the sprinkles in the cabinet?

And we get to decorate our own cupcakes?

Yes, yes I am.

And yes, yes you do.

Insert, patting myself on the back and plopping myself onto the couch for a job well done.

My kids think I'm the best mom ever.

And I just saved myself 15 minutes of work not having to decorate cupcakes.

VANILLA CUPCAKE RECIPE

For the cupcakes, I used our tried and true vanilla cake recipe.

It's dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free.

With my new favorite muffin pans (affiliate), no liners were required.

CUPCAKE TOPPINGS DAIRY-FREE

For the sprinkles, I had a mad stash saved up from frosting lids.

Bolds, pastels, neon.

We were set with the sprinkles!

Plus, I included some dairy-free chocolate chips (affiliate).

I put the sprinkles and dairy-free chocolate chips into small ramekins along with homemade vanilla frosting.

Other possible dairy-free toppings may include:

marshmallows

jelly beans

crushed Oreos

Just be sure to check labels and make sure these treats work for your food allergies.

The cupcake bar was served up to my kids plus neighbor kids on the back deck.

No mess in my kitchen, and it was a huge hit for all!
