Allergy Binder Challenge Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of the FREE Allergy Binder Challenge at Milk Allergy Mom!

I’m a mom who’s managed severe food allergies, environmental allergies, eczema, asthma, and the likes since 2005.

In 2017, using my love of paper planners, I decided to create my own allergy binder…and it’s been LIFE-CHANGING!

So much peace-of-mind that I didn’t even know was possible.

Since then, we’ve helped over 2,000 parents and grandparents create their own allergy binders to help make life easier and less stressful.

I know you’re going to love getting this done. So let’s get to it!

DAY 1 ASSIGNMENT: Buy or Gather Your Supplies

  • Order your four binder supplies on Amazon for about $30.
  • Or hit your local office supply store today.
  • Or rummage your home for similar products to use.

If you order online, it’s ok that the supplies will come in a few days. We don’t use them until day 7.

Here’s the SUPPLY LIST with convenient Amazon links.

Having a place for all the allergy papers we collect this week will feel so good.

PARTICIPANT QUESTION: “Why 100 page protectors?”

No, we won’t be printing that many papers this week BUT having plenty on hand helps us easily slip new sheets into our binders at any time. And some moms decide to make a second binder for caregivers. Also, protectors are great for collecting recipes. Great question!

PARTICIPANT COMMENT: “Honestly, when I showed the binder to my sisters and mom, I think they were relieved, too. It was so helpful for them to know if anything ever happens to us, they will know what to do with the help of this one little binder that really didn’t even take that much time. Truly, I can’t thank you enough for putting this together.”

FINAL TIP: If you print at home, make sure your printer is ready to go with ink and paper. We will be printing a few things in this challenge.

That is it for today.

Feel free to comment with any questions or thoughts, I’m here to help.

Cheering for you,

Jamie
