Simple Avocado Toast

No egg, no dairy, this simple avocado toast is perfect for our food allergy family. 

With just three simple ingredients, you can whip this up in 5 quick minutes.

The perfect healthy and allergy-friendly snack.

Avocado toast is one of my new favorite dairy-free breakfasts. 

But it has to be real basic, I don’t love all the fancy ones I’ve tried at restaurants. 

No egg, no tomato, no dressing needed. 

Just give me a thin layer of mashed avocado and salted sunflower seeds, please. 

Good to go!

And when you keep this simple, your kids are more likely to give this healthy snack a try. 

Hubby also asks me to make it for him some days.

SIMPLE AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

To make avocado toast for our milk and nut allergies, I use these ingredients:

DIRECTIONS

Clean the avocado skin before opening. 

Carefully cut the avocado into fourths, around the pit. 

Pull off one fourth, remove flesh from skin, and smash the flesh with a fork. Don’t over smash, lumps are ok. 

Toast a piece of bread. 

Spread 1/4 avocado, smashed, onto the toast. 

Top with sunflower seeds.
