Take breakfast to the next level with this dairy and egg free breakfast bar!
It includes hot pancakes and waffles.
Of course, you don't have to do both...but my family loves it when I do.
One or the other is perfectly fine if you want to keep it more simple.
For protein, we love to use quick frozen sausage links.
Then we offer delicious dairy-free toppings like white chocolate, whipped cream, and natural maple syrup.
Finish it off with sweet red berries like raspberries and strawberries.
Here's how to make it free from dairy and egg for food allergies.
I made this fun breakfast bar for my family one Valentine's Day, and it was a huge it.
You don't need a lot of fancy things to make a yummy food board.
Just use a large cutting board and a few little bowls and utensils and you're set!
BREAKFAST BAR
Here are quick and easy ideas for your next dairy-free and egg-free breakfast board:
PANCAKES
For pancakes, we use this no milk no egg pancake recipe. So easy, it just uses water!
WAFFLES
You can also use the same pancake batter for waffles, which is super easy.
No milk and no egg waffle recipe.
Or you can also find vegan frozen waffles that work great.
SAUSAGE
Here are our very favorite frozen sausage links.
They cook in the microwave in just a minute or so!
FRUIT
I really like to use berries on our breakfast board.
Perfect for eating plain or using as toppings for the pancakes and waffles.
Most of my organic berries and produce come from Aldi, super affordable.
TOPPINGS
There are a few toppings my kids like for waffles and pancakes so why not do them all!
- Enjoy Life white chocolate chips are allergy-friendly
- Reddiwip makes almond or coconut based canned spray whip
- Aldi sells my favorite natural maple syrup
If you don't have nut allergy, a little bowl of pecans would also be a nice addition.
Notice my family doesn't use dairy-free butter on their pancakes and waffles but feel free to add that, too with a little spreader.
Hope you enjoy this breakfast board as much as we do!
