Caramel Cold Brew Latte
For many years, dairy-free caramel anything was so hard to find.
But times have changed, and I'm so glad we can now enjoy caramel cold brews at home!
Caramel is now one of my kiddo's favorite treats, despite his milk allergy.
I love finding caramel with no dairy that he can enjoy.
And now that he's drinking coffee, this caramel cold brew is quite a fun and easy treat for us both!
With just a handful of ingredients, you can enjoy a dairy-free caramel cold brew in no time at all.
To be safe with our food allergies, we don't really order these in the drive-thru.
But this caffeine treat is just as good at home!
We've found the perfect caramel syrup that's dairy-free.
And there are both spray whips and spray cold foams made dairy-free that you can buy at the store.
We don't mess around with making our own whipped topping or adding caramel to the whipped topping.
The cold brew is just as tasty with the caramel in the drink itself and way easier to make that way.

MAKE WITH WATER OR DAIRY-FREE MILK
You can make this drink a cold brew iced coffee by using water.
Or you can use dairy-free milk instead to make it an iced cold brew latte.
With the new trends of trying to consume less seed oils, I've been making my cold brew with water.
You make your iced caramel cold brew either way.
Both are tasty!
Now here's the easy cold coffee recipe!
CARAMEL COLD BREW COFFEE
Makes 16 Ounces
NOTES
First you'll need some cold brew coffee concentrate. There are plenty of store-bought options (affiliate) but we also make cold brew concentrate at home. Either will work, just make sure it's concentrate that needs diluted down 1:1 with water or dairy-free milk.
Here's the dairy-free spray whip that we like to use on our iced coffees.
Here are some of my favorite dairy-free creamers.
While salted caramel lattes are all the rage, feel free to add a pinch of salt after making your latte.
INGREDIENTS
6 ounces (¾ cup) of cold brew coffee concentrate
6 ounces (¾ cup) dairy-free milk or cold water
splash of dairy-free creamer (if using water)
3-6 teaspoons of dairy-free caramel syrup
handful of ice
dairy-free spray whip or spray cold foam (optional)
pinch of salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate into a large glass.
Add dairy-free milk (or cold water) to the cold brew and stir together.
Add a splash of dairy-free creamer if using water instead of dairy-free milk.
Add in caramel syrup, one teaspoon at a time, to taste.
Throw in a handful of ice.
Top off with dairy-free spray whip or dairy-free spray cold foam, optional.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt to top it off, optional.
Hope you enjoy this iced caramel cold brew coffee as much as we do!
