It's so weird what food allergy life can do to a mom.
But things like chocolate advent calendars can actually bring us to tears.
For thirteen years, my advent tears were sad.
That's because my son with anaphylactic milk allergies longed to have his own chocolate advent, as we counted down the days to Christmas.
But alas, as you allergy moms know, we don't find allergy-friendly chocolate advents just out and about.
