I've been a food allergy mom for eighteen years.

And we've gone through a lot of up's and down's with dairy-free chocolate chips.

It's amazing how many blog posts I have to write to keep up with the latest and greatest chocolate chip options for our milk allergy family.

Granted, I'm thankful to have options over the years.

But alas, here I am again with another update.

For instance, a few years back, the milk allergy community was absolutely giddy over finally tasty white chocolate chips made by Walmart's Great Value brand.

However, I'm sad to report, those have now disappeared. So frustrating.

Where are we now?

Well, our new favorite dairy-free and allergy-friendly chocolate chips are semi-sweet made by Nestle.
