Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
This homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing is dairy-free and so much better than store-bought.
Even though it's homemade, it only takes minutes to make. Definitely worth the effort.
Just throw a handful of ingredients into a jar, apply a tight lid, and give it a good shake.
We even updated the recipe to use natural honey instead of brown sugar so it's even more healthy.
No added ingredients or fillers like the pre-packaged stuff.
This dressing is even kid-approved.
See the recipe below!

We especially love making homemade dressing when our garden lettuce is producing.
Hubby plants spinach and kale and leafy lettuce.
There's nothing better than homegrown lettuce with homemade salad dressing.
However, of course you can pick up lettuce at the store all year long.
I shop for greens at Aldi often.
With balsamic vinaigrette dressing, try adding cooked bacon, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, boiled eggs, nuts, seeds, etc. to your salad.
Or simply eat clean lettuce plain with this dressing, my kids do!
