Black Bean Brownies Dairy-Free Egg-Free
Brownies made with black beans, is that really possible?
I mean, everyone is trying to cut flour these days but isn't that going a little too far?
That was my initial reaction.
But seriously, if I can sneak black beans into something my kids will like it's worth a try, right?
So I jumped on the bandwagon of trying black bean brownie recipes.
Some were just really terrible.
And I almost scarred my family for good with some of the experiments.
But then I gave it one more shot,
with a recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie.
And surprise!
They were amazing.
I've even made them for company and have been asked for the recipe many times.
