BAGEL SANDWICH LUNCH
- mini bagel
- turkey & dairy-free cheese
- coleslaw
- applesauce
- chips
- licorice bites
Many bagels contain milk so be sure to check labels.
Here is our favorite brand of lunch meat.
Here’s the dairy-free cheese slices we use.
For coleslaw, we make it ourselves. Super easy, and my kids love it! I pack it for kiddo when we have it leftover from dinner.
Applesauce cups are handy, but we also like to make homemade applesauce.
This is a shocker, but we’ve found and enjoyed ONE flavor of Doritos with milk allergy. Most all of them contain milk so be careful, read labels, call the company if you must. Our favorite flavor was recalled at least once for containing milk.
Lastly, these natural licorice bites are addicting and delicious!

Hi Grateful! I always love hearing from you. We are having SO MUCH FUN with the lunch tray series. :) I got these trays a couple years ago in my "Montessori preschool" shopping days. They were at Target. I am trying not to buy up everyone I see now. ;) The pudding is pretty darn good!

Darling tray idea! I love it. Where did you buy the cute tray?
I didn't know Zen Soy had an almond flavor. My kids are allergic to almond, so I appreciate the heads up so I can call Zen soy to see if there are any cross contact issues!
Thanks!!!
