It’s hard to find dairy-free protein powder you love.
So when I found my fave, I had to share!
While this is for Milk Allergy Mom, see what my kids drink below.
PLEASE NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information before consuming.
When doing an intense exercise program with hubby,
I was struggling with the protein shake part of the diet…
and really needed a dairy-free protein powder.
Whey powders gave this milk allergy mom major stomach cramps,
and I especially didn’t like the milk powders flying all over our kitchen with our son’s allergy.
So I ended up finding Sunwarrior protein powder, and really like it!
If it’s good enough for Smoothie King, it’s good enough for me.
I also got my dairy hubby on board.
We have liked both the classic and warrior blends.
Chocolate, vanilla, and plain. All good!
Note, we don’t use protein powders for our kids.
The kids get straight up peanut butter and their favorite protein milk.
We really like this dairy-free protein powder in our favorite smoothie.

I've been using vitacost brand pea protein. This looks great too! Nice to have other options...especially a chocolate one!
