Alright, let’s talk dairy-free yogurt today, shall we?
You guys, I never really liked dairy yogurt.
So I wasn’t missing much when we went mostly dairy-free because of my son’s milk allergy.
But my kids grew up liking their own favorite dairy-free yogurt.
Still, I passed.
Until this.
Recently, I grabbed a big tub of unsweetened coconut milk yogurt…
for our favorite vegan donut recipes.
And when I took a little taste off the spoon,
I thought to myself…
hey, that ain’t bad!
Since I’m always looking for an easy breakfast for myself…
read, I’m not a morning person…
I quickly acclimated myself to becoming a yogurt person.
And this is the brand for me, baby!
So Delicious coconut yogurt is where it’s at.
Unsweetened, in either vanilla or plain.
The big tubs are so much more economical, too.
Plus, yes, these are excellent for all my donut baking pursuits.
Here is the dairy-free vanilla yogurt I love.
And here’s the unsweetened plain dairy-free yogurt that’s yum!
Right now I find them at Hy-vee, Target, or on Walmart Pick-Up.
I personally love topping mine with dairy-free granola.
And berries or nuts if I have them on hand.
It’s a breakfast I can make half asleep because I stay up until 2am,
like I am now writing this blog post, ha!
