Easy Fudgesicles Dairy-Free

holding fudgesicles

This recipe used to be our chocolate sorbet recipe.

But it tastes so much like a fudgesicle that we decided...

why not fudgesicles!

This is a fantastic recipe for two special reasons.

One, it's dairy-free and requires no milk substitute.

Two, you don't even need an ice cream maker. YAY!

Our easy fudgesicle recipe just uses easy ingredients you're sure to have on hand.

And it's super allergy-friendly!

We used these fun popsicle molds (affiliate),

one of my allergy mom, summer must-haves.

The summer ice cream truck's got nothing on our homemade fudgesicles.

So be sure to give them a try!

Here's the easy recipe.

HOW TO MAKE FUDGESICLES

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a sauce pan.

Whisk together over medium heat just until all ingredients are combined.

Do not boil.

Take the mixture off the heat and add the vanilla.

Let mixture cool to room temp and then pour into popsicle molds.

Freeze and serve when frozen.

This can take overnight.

Hope you enjoy these dairy-free fudgesicles as much as we do!
