Easy Personal Pita Pizzas Dairy-Free
We've tried dairy-free pizza just about every way possible and it's official, pita pizzas are the best!
They taste better than store-bought pizzas.
They are safer than restaurant dairy-free pizzas.
They are a cut above bagel and tortilla pizzas made at home.
And they are much faster than homemade pizza from scratch...but taste just as delicious!
Here's how we make home-made tasting pita pizzas in just 30 minutes.

That's right. We've tried a lot of pizzas at our house.
And over seventeen years into this dairy-free journey, we've finally discovered the best way to make them.
Bagel pizzas were great when the kids were little.
Tortilla pizzas are pretty darn good if you like thin crust.
Then hubby got really good at making pizzas with amazing homemade crust.
He'd prepare it the night before. Let it rise over night. Flip dough the next day. The whole nine yards.
But one night, we were in a quick hurry, and I whipped up these pita pizzas.
What happened next? My teens, in front of my dear hubby, exclaimed that my pita pizzas were better than homemade.
They meant no offense.
I felt so bad, though. Hubby works so hard on his delicious homemade pizzas for us.
My pita pizzas were just an afterthought and made in less than a half hour.
Thankfully, hubby was a good sport.
And now most Friday nights, he also wants pita pizzas on the menu.
I'm sure we'll eat more homemade pizzas from scratch.
But we save those for slow days.
Pita pizzas are where it's at for quick convenience AND taste as good as homemade!
WHY PITA PIZZAS ARE SO GOOD
Personal pita pizzas are so tasty because they make for delicious pizza crust.
As in, darn near close to homemade pizza crust.
Just the right thickness. Not thin like tortillas. Not thick like bagels. Just perfect!
Crispy, chewy. So good.
My food snob hubby even says, don't knock it 'til you try it.
Here's how we make them.
