NEW YEAR CHECKLIST FOR FOOD ALLERGY MOMS

1.  Get organized and use a planner for meal planning, budgets, schedules, and more. My life-saver!

2.  Register your email at the Food & Drug Administration so you don't miss any allergy alerts or recalls.

3.  Download the Ibotta App so you can save on allergy-friendly and healthy groceries this year.

4.  Create a food allergy binder you can use over and over as a peace-of-mind and time-saving tool.

5.  Check expiration dates on allergy meds. Ask your doctor for refills, if needed.

6.  Look on Amazon for a children's book about food allergies (affiliate) to share with your child.

7. Sign up for Milk Allergy Mom newsletters for dairy-free recipes and food finds right to your inbox!

There are 7 to-do items and 7 days in a week.

Do one a day for a week, and your new year will be off to a great start!

Hope this to-do list inspires you!
