Recently, I spent some extra time perusing the frozen food section at Target.
The boys in my house are now taller than me, have growing appetites, and I prefer not to cook 5 meals from scratch a day to keep them full.
So as much as I’ve loved good ole’ home cooked meals all these fifteen years of parenting with food allergies…
I felt it was time to up my game in the frozen snacks department.

My kiddo without food allergies loves traditional pizza rolls,
but of course my kiddo with milk allergies can’t have them.
Full. of. cheese.
When I saw these vegan, plant protein, veggie pepperoni pizza bites at Target the other day…
I snagged them up fast.
Kiddo loved them. Now they are a regular staple in our freezer.
I’m so thankful for more and more dairy-free options these days!
