Hot Chocolate Packs By Target's Good & Gather

My teens are so excited to have packs of hot chocolate mix in the house.

Something I don't have to make from scratch and something they can make themselves.

We've tried three different flavors, and you can find these at Target.

For so many years, we had to make our own hot chocolate homemade. 

There was the water hot chocolate I made for all the neighbor kids.

Then there's the good old stovetop hot chocolate for those long winter days.

But in recent years, we've actually been able to find packs of dairy-free hot cocoa, and my kids go gaga. 

They love whipping up a hot drink whenever they want. 

In fact, I keep hot cocoa packs out right on the kitchen island.

One kid likes to make his with almond milk. 

The other kid makes his with oat milk. 

And when I get the hankering for hot chocolate, it's all about coconut milk for me!

We keep a lot of different milks in our refrigerator, needless to say. 

Although hot chocolate is going to be quite sugary, 

my active and athletic boys get a nice serving of dairy-free milk when they drink hot cocoa so I don't mind. 

They say chocolate milk is a great recovery drink for my swimmer, gymnast, and soccer player. 

So I consider the hot cocoa packets one great option. 

Luckily, I'm a frequent flyer at Target because that's where this brand is found. 

Target's brand, Good & Gather, in three different flavors we've tried so far!

And yes, my kids will drink these all year long. 

I mean, we adults drink hot coffee all year so why not. 

These are a great, filling treat.

• spray whipped cream
• natural marshmallows

So yummy with a side of candy cane.

caramel hot cocoa!

This flavor is actually a dream come true because it is so hard to find dairy-free caramel anything. 

Besides this hot chocolate, here's the only dairy-free caramel we've ever found in our sixteen years of milk allergy.

My kiddo with milk allergy especially loves the caramel hot cocoa packs!

This one is so hard to believe...
