HOW TO FREEZE BANANAS
Here's how we freeze sweet, ripe, brown-ish bananas:
- make sure the brown banana isn't rotten, throw those out
- peel the perfectly brown bananas still good but overripe
- cover a plate or cookie sheet in wax paper or a reusable wax wrap (affiliate)
- break the bananas into halves or thirds for strong blenders
- cut bananas into 1" slices for weaker blenders
- place the bananas on the wax in one layer
- place the plate or cookie sheet of bananas into your freezer to flash freeze until frozen
