Iced matcha tea is so good and easy to make.
See instructions and our favorite organic Japanese brand below.
The first time I tried matcha, it was as a milky latte.
And let’s just say, I wasn’t a fan.
But did I give up? No, ma’am.
We don’t give up on green tea, ha!
Instead, I bought my own matcha and figured out how to enjoy it at home…with water instead of milk.
I’m no health expert here, just a mom who loves a tasty drink.
However, I’ve read that matcha has a good kick of caffeine and it boosts your metabolism.
Enough said. I figured out how to make it delicious, basically like a strong glass of green tea.
And now I’m a fan!
Now I buy a bag of Japanese matcha, and enjoy a cold glass most every morning.
Great way to wake myself up.

MATCHA GREEN TEA IN WATER BOTTLE
The best way to drink iced matcha green tea is in a reusable water bottle.
That way, you can shake the bottle and keep mixing the matcha evenly…
because matcha doesn’t actually dissolve.
I especially love using my clear water bottle with a nice tight lid for this.
If you see my out and about, you’re likely to see me with my 24 ounce bottle of matcha!
Now here’s how to make quick, matcha, iced green tea.
Just water, matcha, and ice…maybe honey if you like it sweet.
No milk needed, just tastes like strong green tea. YUM!
