Mac & Cheese by Daiya

My son loved having his first box of dairy-free mac and cheese recently, and I can't believe it!

We even had our choice of cheddar, alfredo, or white cheddar. See info below for his fave.

For the record, kiddo loves cheddar best.

And now he asks for a box every time we pass one at the store.

I'm a sucker, I can't say no after all these years he's missed out.

Before this box version was made available,

we were using Daiya cheese to make macaroni and cheese from scratch.

That was pretty darn good too, but let's face it...

boxed is much easier.
