Fish Sticks by Van de Kamp's

But when hubby goes,
he often comes home with a new dairy-free product to try.
I should send him more often!
This time he brought home frozen fish sticks from Van de Kamp's.
Our first fish stick!

We made a quick tarter sauce with mayo and pickle relish.
For egg allergies, just use egg-free mayo.
My youngest still prefers these chicken nuggets,
but my oldest likes the fish sticks just as much as chicken.
So I guess we have another convenience food for the freezer!
We also use this brand to make yummy fish sandwiches at home.
See ingredients on our package below, but always double-check them for yourself.

There are some great suggestions here. Anonymous, maybe one of these others is soy-free? Can anyone confirm?
Thanks, Jamie! We have found Mrs. Paul's Xtra cruncy fish sticks are also safe.
These are the ones we get. Yummy!

I was so excited to see this find until I saw soybean. Bummer. Our little one has to be free of soy as well.
If you shop at Publix, their brand of frozen fish sticks are safe as well. My son can't have dairy, egg or peanut but thankfully can now have wheat!
