Mocha Cold Brew Latte

I've been making my own dairy-free iced mocha lattes at home for years.

Homemade coffees save both money and calories!

When my kids were babies, I made quick easy mochas with instant coffee.

Then we bought a fancy machine for creating official mochas with espresso for a season.

Now my new standby? Mocha lattes using cold brew coffee concentrate!

Whether I steep my own cold brew or buy a pre-made bottle of concentrate at the store...

I'm able to whip up my favorite strong coffee treat whenever I want, every day.

Here's the quick, easy recipe for making quick mocha cold brew lattes at home!

As a work-from-home mom, making my own mocha lattes at home helps me stay focused on my work and responsibilities each day.

But even when I run out for errands or meetings, I'm apt to take along a homemade coffee in a favorite to-go cup.

Once you start making your own specialty coffees at home and realize you can make them as good as the coffee shop...

it's hard to go back to $5 coffees!

Plus, you can use your own favorite dairy-free milk. Sweetened, unsweetened. Flax, hemp, oat, almond, soy, coconut, etc.

Now I just save buying fancy coffees out for special coffee dates, travel, and celebrations.

To make my special coffees quick and easy these days, I make sure to have cold brew coffee concentrate on hand.

Then I dilute it down with 1 part cold brew and 1 part milk or water.

For a thick, creamy mocha latte, I use my favorite dairy-free milk.

These days, that's unsweet flax milk with added protein or coconut milk from Aldi.

And for cold brew concentrate, we steep our own over night or buy convenient bottles at the store.

Just make sure you're using concentrate that needs to be diluted.

It's not tasty diluting bottled coffee that's already watered down.

We want nice, strong, bold lattes at our house!

Here's the recipe.
