Here is the nut-free granola we really like to buy.
Here are the dairy-free pitas we buy in bulk.
INGREDIENTS
1 pita
½ banana, sliced
peanut butter or substitute
granola
honey
DIRECTIONS
Toast pita lightly in a toaster or toaster oven.
Spread peanut butter or allergy-friendly substitute over half the warm pita.
Place banana slices in a single layer over the peanut butter (or substitute).
Sprinkle allergy-friendly granola over the peanut butter and bananas.
Drizzle with honey.
Fold the pita in half and enjoy!
