Pitas at Sam's Club
As a mom managing milk allergies, I've struggled with finding safe dairy-free bread for my son over the years.
Bread companies seem to change their ingredients more often than any other food product so they definitely keep us on our toes.
So finding specialty bread products with dairy-free labels is quite a treat.
And this bulk package of Greek pitas was quite the food find for us!
See our ingredient label and a couple favorite recipes using pitas below.

As always, double-check the labels because ingredients can change. And call the company for manufacturing processes if you need to. Just because these work for our allergies, doesn’t mean they will work for yours. Be safe.
Over the years, I've found smaller packages of pitas at Aldi or Meijer.
But they can be a bit expensive for packs of 5 or 6.
That's why finding this pack of 12 at Sam's Club was a big score for us.
I'll show you the ingredients on our package below.
Just note, these usually expire pretty quickly.
We've had them mold before we could use them all.
So now that we can get 12 for a pretty good price,
we had to come up a few different ways to enjoy them and eat them up!
