Looking for a quick protein drink for your dairy-free kiddo or even for yourself?
Check out these plant-based lunch box drinks, great for on-the-go.
We love these in our milk and tree nut allergy family.
PLEASE NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information.
Thanks to Good Karma Foods, who sent us these plant protein singles to try.
We already use their cartons of oat milk at our house.
So we knew they would be good.
The idea of having single serving cartons is so helpful because I’m gonna be honest,
it feels like my teenagers are rushing out the door on a regular basis at my house.
- to school in the morning
- to afternoon sports practice
- for weekend outings
They have sure enjoyed the convenience of grabbing these protein drinks as they run around.
Plus, these would be fabulous for adding some extra protein to your child’s dairy-free lunch boxes.
Getting to try both vanilla and chocolate was a real treat…
because I would assume my kids would like chocolate the best.
We were game for another dairy-free taste test, for sure.
However, both kids were fans of both flavors!
It looks like there are three left of each in my refrigerator right now.
That means they’ve been drinking them at equal rate, ha ha.
Below, you can see the ingredient labels on both packages.
But here are some quick notes.
