Seriously, it’s a problem.
Since I first picked these up at the grocery store lately, I’m obsessed.
It started with the cinnamon sugar pumpkin seeds.
Then on New Year’s Eve, I used Superseedz sea salt pumpkin seeds on our charcuterie board.
And my kiddo with nut allergy absolutely loved them.
Note, the cheese shown below was dairy cheese. That’s why I put it on a plate that we can easily pull off and my son is old enough to know not to eat it.
Once I knew kiddo liked the plain seeds, I had to let him try the cinnamon sugar.
Funny story.
When he was much younger, I got really domestic one Halloween, and we roasted our own pumpkin seeds with cinnamon sugar.
Kiddo thought they were delicious.
Since then, he’s asked to make them again…and we just never get to it.
So finding a whole bag of organic, cinnamon sugar pumpkin seeds for under $5 is a huge win for both of us.
I am off. the. hook. Ha ha!

Below is the package we have at our house but always double-check labels because ingredients can change.
As of January 2022, their website says these are prepared in a nut-free environment with third party testing for any nut detection.
But call the company if you need to check on allergens in the manufacturing facility. We aren’t sure about dairy and other allergens. And the nut statement could change.
