Hey Guys, just wanted to stop into today with one of our favorite allergy-friendly cookies right now.

- icing the cookies and decorate with sprinkles or edible googly eyes
- decorate the top of a birthday cake or cupcakes with them
I love how our Chef at Disney used two of these cookies for mouse ears, and a larger crunchy Enjoy Life cookie for the head...simply laid out on a white plate.
